How to reach in Bandhavgarh National Park

Bandhavgarh is also known as the heart of India. Spread over 450 sq.km, Bandhavgarh National Park is one of the well-known homes for the Royal Bengal Tigers in India.

By Road:

Bandhavgarh National Park can be reached via road from the nearby cities. While Umaria is the nearest town to this park, there are tourist spots specifically Jabalpur, Katni, and Khajuraho also from where explorers can start their tour.

By Train:

Katni and Umaria are the two nearest railway stations from the National Park. Tourists can hire a cab or can take shared cabs to reach the park from any of these stations.

By Air:

Jabalpur (160 km) and Khajuraho (225 km) are the two domestic airports nearby. On the other hand, the closest international air-terminal is at Varanasi, located 355 km from Bandhavgarh. From each of these air-terminals, taxi services are available to reach the national park.
